Where does your matcha come from?
Our matcha comes from Uji, Japan, one of the most famous tea-growing regions in the world.
We found one small family farm that we instantly loved. They shade the plants, pick only the youngest leaves, and grind them by stone mills. Every step is done with care and love, which is why our matcha is bright green, naturally sweet, and full of flavor. Every cup is a little taste of their work and tradition.
