Processing & Shipping Times

Every order is packed and shipped within up to 2 business days from the moment it is placed.

After that, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose:

• 📦 Pickup Point Delivery – Cost: 18 ₪
  Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
  Free pickup point delivery on orders over 250 ₪
  *Pickup points are selected automatically based on the closest one to your home
  
• 🚚 Home Delivery – Cost: 32 ₪
  Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
  For orders over 250 ₪ shipping cost is 14 ₪
  Free home delivery on orders over 399 ₪
  
  
• 🏡 Self Pickup at the Studio – By appointment only
  

  Once your order is packed, we’ll send you a message on WhatsApp with the exact address and details. We’re generally available between 10:00 and 20:00 and are happy to be flexible.

  Just reply to the message to let us know when you’d like to stop by, so we can make sure someone is there to hand you your order!

  
  

The shipping company is responsible for the delays, but we are happy to assist with any information we can provide.
Delays may occur during holiday periods or due to changes in security conditions and remote locations delivery times may extend by 6–9 business days.

Cancellations & Returns

We want you to feel safe and comfortable with your purchase 💚

According to Consumer Protection Law, orders can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided the product is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are issued only after the product has been returned to us.

Important:

• Matcha or any other food product cannot be returned.
  
• In the case of returning a set, partial returns are not accepted — the set must be returned in full.
  
• Items can be returned to our studio by prior arrangement or via courier.
  
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  
• For cancellations not due to a defect or mismatch, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the order price or 100 ₪ – whichever is lower.
  
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days from the date we receive both the cancellation notice and the returned product.
